• To initiate the Special Skill Training for the Unemployed, marginalized Youth, including dropouts based on their aptitude, talents and gifts.
  • To strive for the holistic development of a young person by addressing their concerns of socio-economic, psycho-emotional and intellectual and spiritual aspects of their lives.
  • To nurture and deepen their faith through faith formation programmes and encourage them to be the ‘ambassadors of peace, love and service’.
  • To form our young people to be men and women of conscience, competence, compassion and commitment and be the agents of change in the society they live.
  • To develop our young people as mature and integrated individuals through leadership and justice oriented programmes.
  • To form local youth groups and building up their sense of identity.
  • To channelize their hidden energies of protest and critique into viable forms of transformative actions with the final aim of transforming them into committed and capable leaders of their communities.
